A private car service is one where the entire vehicle and its chauffeur is hired exclusively for your needs – no sharing rides, no surge pricing and no surprises about who is behind the wheel. Premium Chauffeur Cars provides premium private car services in Melbourne for all airport transfers, business meetings and special events such as weddings.

We created our company around the type of journeys that really matter, the plane ride you must make, the client you need to impress and the wedding that will never be repeated again. You plan the journey, and we take care of the rest.

FAQs

Got Questions About Private Car Hire? We've Got Answers

Clear responses to the common queries raised about our private car hire service in Melbourne

Still have Questions?

Contact our team directly and get the details you need before booking your airport transfer.

What's the difference between private car hire and a taxi?

Private car hire provides you with a pre-arranged chauffeur and car at a set rate that has been agreed upon beforehand. Taxis are called on an ad hoc basis with meter rates, and thus private car hire works best with scheduled journeys.

Do I need to tip my chauffeur?

We do not require a tip from our passengers because Premium Chauffeur Cars has inclusive rates that cover everything. Although we appreciate tips for extraordinary service, it is not necessary to give one with Premium Chauffeur Cars.

How do I pay for my booking?

Absolutely, our Private Car Hire operates around the clock. You do not need to worry about the time of your flight because private car hire does not operate according to the timetable of the sun; it adapts to your schedule.

Can I book an airport transfer with a child seat?

You can settle your fee via our website when making a booking or with your chauffeur on the day; whatever suits you better. We accept all major cards, and your fare is confirmed in advance of your journey.

Will my chauffeur wait if my meeting runs late?

Yes, our chauffeurs allow some extra time in case you have a delay on your journey, and they monitor your trip if you go past your planned arrival time.

Can I hire a car for a full day?

We offer full-day private car hire service for corporate roadshows, wedding parties, and multi-point tours. The same chauffeur will accompany you throughout the day without having to book again or wait for any other booking.

Are your vehicles insured for passengers?

All cars in our fleet are insured for passenger insurance and undergo routine servicing to ensure safety standards. Your safety and comfort will be ensured from entering the car until being dropped off.

What happens if I need to change my pickup location?

Just inform us in advance, and we will arrange your chauffeur accordingly. It is easier if you inform us well in advance, although we will do whatever we can even on short notice.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Booked a pick up from Airport to CBD Melbourne - have never used this kind of service before - so I was a bit skeptical. No Need to be as the service I got was exceptional from Garry and his drivers Ahmad and Singh were fantastic - couldn't have been more helpful and very pleasant to speak to on our journey. Offered us water and their vehicle was very clean and tidy. Again would use their services if ever I am in Melbourne - thank you Garry for giving us a great first impression of Melbourne :)
